Hello, my name is Ben Sharman.
I am the owner, Director and sole employee of CCM.
When you engage my services, you will deal directly with me. This ensures I give my clients the best attention and benefit of my knowledge.
Prior to establishing CCM in 2018, I had previously worked for a number of leading building companies, after gaining degrees in both Construction Management and Architecture.
My skills, expertise and services are a “collective” skillset and knowledge developed through 28 years of practical construction experience in both commercial and residential construction.
Most importantly, I have the actual ‘hands-on’ building knowledge and experience from being educated and experienced ‘on the job’. After all, having the direct responsibility of managing and delivering construction projects that are compliant, of high quality and on time and budget is a distinct skill.
My clients include new home owners, existing home owners, builders, subcontractors, legal professionals, developers and other building professionals.
